Products ship in weeks, not quarters. There's no thick layer of process between an idea and it going live. You'll own things visibly bigger than your title. Why This Role Exists We grew Vaibhav Sisinty's YouTube channel from 60K to 840K+ subscribers in about a year , and we're now publishing across multiple channels and formats — from AI news and tool walkthroughs to model comparisons and long-form documentaries. As we scale, we need a strong content leader who can own the long-form script function end-to-end while building a team that can consistently deliver high-quality scripts without depending on one person. In this role, you'll own hooks, structure, pacing, research accuracy, voice consistency and viewer retention , while building the systems and team required to scale our content output. What You'll Do Content & Script Ownership Own the long-form script function across Vaibhav's channel and Outskill. Write and review long-form YouTube scripts from hook to close. Own hooks, structure, pacing and voice consistency. Ensure every script is engaging, accurate and built to hold viewer attention. Work closely with the creator and content team to translate topics into compelling narratives. Personally write scripts and set the quality bar for the team. Audience Retention & Performance Own script performance through viewer retention and engagement. Track Average View Duration (AVD) and key retention points. Analyse retention graphs to identify where and why viewers drop off. Improve hooks, transitions,…
