We are currently looking for a Contract Manufacturing Planner to join our Technical & Production team.
Location: Bursa, Karacabey Type of contract: Permanent
As a Contract Manufacturing Planner, you will have the following responsibilities;
Develop and manage production plans in line with capacity constraints and business requirements
Run MRP( Materials Requirement Planning) processes and ensure optimal inventory levels for packaging materials and semi-finished products in accordance with stock coverage policies
Plan and coordinate material supply to ensure the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity
Build strong relationships with suppliers, proactively resolving supply and delivery issues
Coordinate call-off material procurement activities and support contract preparation by providing material requirement forecasts
Monitor and analyze key planning and operational Key Performance Indicators including inventory accuracy, production plan adherence, and variance management
Track and report production performance of co-manufacturers and co-packers, identifying improvement opportunities
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and planning performance
Ensure full material traceability and compliance with FIFO (First In First Out) /FEFO (First Expired First Out) principles across all production and warehouse processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver…
