Contract Specialist - Legal

We're looking for a Contract Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Partnership Agreements Statements of Work (SOWs) Vendor and Consulting Agreements Identify contractual and commercial risks Redline customer agreements and propose fallback positions Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams to close contracts efficiently Maintain contract repository and renewal tracking Coordinate with external legal counsel when required What We're Looking For LL.B. / BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B. 2-4 years of experience in commercial contracts Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills Experience in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, Technology, or Professional Services companies preferred Comfortable working directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
