Job Summary The Contracts Administrator supports the preparation, processing, and administration of contracts, bids, and proposals in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role provides administrative and documentation support throughout the contract lifecycle, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and organized recordkeeping across all contract-related activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review contract terms and supporting documentation to help identify potential risk or compliance issues for further evaluation. Compile and organize supporting materials and agreement documents related to contracts to verify completeness and compliance with policies and regulations. Serve as a point of contact between the organization and subcontractors to help facilitate the administrative implementation of contracts. Maintain and organize contract files and records to support compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Assist in documenting and updating contracting policies, controls, and procedures in accordance with corporate objectives and requirements. Coordinate and communicate with Finance, Human Resources, Pricing, Business Development, and other functional areas to support the implementation of contracting process improvements. Keep abreast of applicable laws, government regulations and industry guidance that impact contract requirements.
