Hatch is seeking a Control and Automation Engineering Trainee new graduate with interest in Control Systems and Automation in our Project Delivery Group. Reporting to the Control and Automation discipline lead Engineer, you will support projects globally working from our Sudbury office located with opportunities in other Hatch offices and at project job sites.

As the successful candidate, you will:
Work independently and as part of a team to complete control and automation engineering design deliverables for a variety of projects.
Prepare Control and Automation deliverables, including but not limited to:
Instrumentation and Control Design Criteria
Communication design criteria (wireless networks, fiber optic networks)
Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Procurement packages for instrumentation and plant control system equipment (specifications, technical bid evaluation, vendor data…
