Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: Prepare management reports, analyses, and ad hoc evaluations in close cooperation with the relevant business departments as part of the monthly reporting process on global business performance Continuously review, update, and improve reporting processes Conduct analyses based on the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement in accordance with IFRS, and address a wide range of business and financial topics Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including coordination with global business functions Actively participate in group-wide projects aimed at optimizing finance processes, systems, and reporting structures Support ongoing optimization and digitalization initiatives within the global finance function Collaborate with external stakeholders Your profile: Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Several years of solid professional experience in controlling/financial controlling Strong analytical skills and a broad understanding of business and financial matters Strategic mindset combined with a keen eye for detail Proactive approach and strong commitment to implementing tasks and projects Strong affinity for IT and confident use of ERP systems, BI tools, and LucaNet Team player with a hands-on mentality Very good German and English language skills
