CONVERSION & RETENTION AGENTS AU DESK – AUSTRALIAN MARKET The Talent Hunter (TTH) is recruiting Conversion & Retention Agents to join an established FX team in Cyprus, working specifically with the Australian market . This is a great opportunity for FX sales professionals who already have some industry experience and are looking to develop their career within a high-performance international sales environment.  Office Hours: 05:00 AM - 14:00 PM THE ROLE As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with Australian clients, converting qualified leads and building strong ongoing client relationships. You will work in a target-driven environment where communication, sales ability and consistency are key to success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian clients Convert qualified leads into active clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up with leads and existing clients effectively Identify client needs and present suitable trading solutions Handle objections and confidently close opportunities Work towards individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM Deliver a professional and positive client experience Work closely with the wider Sales and Retention teams REQUIREMENTS Minimum 6 months of experience in the FX industry Candidates with 6–12 months of experience are particularly encouraged to apply Previous experience in Conversion, Retention or FX Sales Experience with or strong understanding of the Australian market is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Confident handling objections and closing clients Target-driven and motivated by performance Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment WHAT'S ON OFFER Competitive base salary Attractive bonus & commission scheme Professional international FX environment Supportive and dynamic sales team Career development and progression opportunities Opportunity to specialise in the Australian market LOCATION Cyprus IMPORTANT Minimum 6 months of FX industry experience is required.
