CONVERSION AGENTS – ENGLISH Sofia, Bulgaria – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in FX Previous experience specifically as a Conversion Agent Strong English communication skills Proven ability to convert leads into FTDs Target-driven and commercially minded Confident communication and objection-handling skills Professional and motivated approach Important: This position is for candidates already based in Sofia/Bulgaria only . No relocation package for Conversion Agents. RETENTION AGENTS – ENGLISH Sofia, Bulgaria – LOCAL & RELOCATION Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in FX Previous experience specifically in FX Retention Strong English communication skills Proven ability to retain and develop existing clients Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent objection handling and relationship-building abilities Target-driven, persistent and commercially focused Ability to work in a fast-paced FX environment Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.
