Production

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Coordinator, Production supports the Kids Apparel team by monitoring product development and production milestones to help drive on-time, in-full customer deliveries. This role is responsible for reporting, analysis, shipment tracking, and daily follow-up with overseas teams, factories, and cross-functional partners to ensure issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor production orders, customer purchase orders, and shipment status to support on-time delivery performance.
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and analysis related to delivery, production, and order status.
Partner with overseas teams and factories to ensure timely updates, accurate documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
Track and coordinate air freight requests when necessary to support customer delivery commitments.
Communicate delivery risks, shipment updates, and key milestones to Sales, Production, and Product Development teams.
Investigate and help resolve inventory, warehouse, or shipment discrepancies.
Support cross-functional communication among Product Development, Production, Sales, Logistics, and overseas teams.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Miciosoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with an interest in product development, supply chain, and operations.
