About the role
Our client is a premium health and wellbeing business with a Health Concierge service that helps people make the most of their private medical insurance (PMI). Many employees at large corporate employers already have PMI but don't use it fully, and our client's clubs are close to where they work.
This is where you come in. As Corporate Activation Ambassador, you'll be our client's face-to-face presence in and around corporate offices. You'll work the same target employers as a colleague who reaches them through LinkedIn, so every office gets both an online and a real-world touchpoint. You'll be out every working day, hosting activations, running pop-ups and wellbeing sessions, starting conversations and capturing qualified leads on the spot. This entry-level role gives you a direct impact on growth: you'll build a consistent, high-volume acquisition channel for Health Concierge and put the brand in front of HR, benefits and wellbeing decision-makers.
What you'll be doing
Daily presence and hosted activations (around 65% of your time) : being visible every working day in office lobbies, on the doorstep and at drop-ins at PMI-covered employers near our client's clubs, and hosting planned activations such as lobby stands or quick health checks
Lead capture and handover (around 15%): capturing qualified leads, checking each person's cover properly, and passing them on warm to the Health Concierge team on the day
Pop-ups and wellbeing sessions (around 10%) : running a monthly session with corporate partners and building relationships with on-site HR and benefits contacts
Relationship and brand building (around 5%): raising awareness with office managers, HR teams and corporate wellbeing leads
Activity tracking and planning (around 5%): logging leads and activity on the day using phone/tablet lead capture, and planning your weekly cadence with your LinkedIn outreach colleague
What success looks like
In your first 30 days: confident with the tools, a doorstep pitch tested and refined on real people, daily presence up and running, and your first two hosted activations completed
Daily presence at target employers every working day, plus 1–2 hosted activations a week
At least 10 qualified leads a week, stretching to 20, handed over warm to Health Concierge
One pop-up or wellbeing session a month with a corporate partner
1–2 new relationships a month with on-site HR, benefits, office management or wellbeing contacts
One new idea tested each month (a format, location, script or hook), with what you hear on the ground fed back to the wider team
All activity logged on the day, with lead-to-client conversion reported weekly

You have experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, hospitality or retail
You're confident approaching people you don't know and enjoy high-volume, face-to-face activity
You're organised and can track leads and activity on the go using phone/tablet tools
You're…
