Corporate Development (Health Tech)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the prominent Health Tech company that is looking for Corporate Development position. Job Descriptions: Financial modelling for M&A, fund raising, etc Manage/assist in end-to-end execution of fundraising and M&A activities Financial statements and business performance analysis Assist in creating presentation materials for Council, Boards/stakeholders Prepare regular reporting to Council, Board/stakeholders Manage communication with shareholders and investors Coordination/liaise with all relevant business units Requirements: Bachelors Degree Required, Masters degree in Business or equivalent preferred Minimum 10 years experience in financial consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate financial analysis Savvy financial analysis and financial modelling skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships up to the C-Level. Have prior experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Fund Raising
