Starwood Hotels is seeking an exceptional Corporate Director, Engineering, to lead engineering operations and capital planning across the company’s portfolio of operating luxury and lifestyle hotels. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of asset stewardship, hotel operations, capital investment, building systems, sustainability, and guest experience — responsible for ensuring that each property is safe, resilient, efficient, well maintained, and positioned to protect long-term asset value. Reporting directly to SVP, Operations, the Corporate Director of Engineering, will oversee a global portfolio of 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels and Treehouse Hotels. As the company's project portfolio grows across multiple continents, this role will be pivotal in standardizing processes, resolving escalations and mentoring regional leaders. The Corporate Director of Engineering will establish the portfolio-wide engineering framework for operating hotels while partnering closely with property General Managers, Directors of Engineering, ownership groups, Finance, Operations, Design & Construction, Sustainability, IT, Security, and other corporate functions.
