The Corporate Governance team is dedicated to support the effective and efficient management of Capital’s regulated fund companies, investment advisors and certain affiliates. We instill governance that fosters efficient and timely decision making and oversight consistent with relevant regulations, rules, and obligations.
As a Corporate Governance Associate Senior, you will help to ensure we comply with regulations, requirements, and policies. You’ll leverage your passion for process optimization to support our global compliance controls and ownership reporting. You’ll prepare, coordinate, and finalize documentation for routine regulatory filings, specialized fund board materials, applicable legal requirements and assist in broader department communication. Every day will be different as you partner with our in-house lawyers, fund officers, compliance managers, and investment operations professionals to assist our portfolio compliance operations and global regulatory requirements.
