We are looking for a Corporate IT & Infrastructure Manager to lead our corporate IT function, ensure robust operational performance, and drive team empowerment. This role calls for a strong leader with hands-on knowledge in infrastructure and desktop management, vendor oversight, IT governance, and cloud/on-premise technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building accountable, high-performing teams and delivering IT services aligned with business objectives. This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our Trivandrum office. You’ll manage a team of skilled professionals and be accountable for end-to-end IT service ownership, governing external vendors, driving operational excellence, and aligning technology services with regulatory standards and business priorities. Core responsibilities are: Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary IT team to consistently deliver value added IT and services to our growing business. Demonstrate forward thinking around where the organization is going and how technology can support these efforts. Advocate and help define IT architecture vision from a strategic perspective, including internal and external platforms, tools, and systems. Act as the coach and mentor to team members and technical staff on their assigned project tasks Conduct product work reviews with team members and help with hiring the best talent.
