Country Manager - Romania

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead the Romania operations of our client in the menswear sector and to define and execute the brand's nationwide growth and retail strategy. Responsibilities Ensure the overall functioning of the Romania operation and the effective performance of the organizational structure. Define and implement the brand's nationwide growth policies. Define and execute strategies that increase brand awareness and retail results and directly affect business outcomes. Ensure that store operations run efficiently and to standard through the field management reporting to this role. Adapt product, collection, campaign and pricing strategies to the country in coordination with the headquarters teams. Manage the country's revenue, profitability and cost targets (P&L). Play a decisive role in new store openings and in location and investment decisions; together with management, conduct the analyses that pave the way for the right investments. Regularly monitor performance and report to management. Requirements Experience in country, regional or multi-store management in the retail / ready-to-wear / menswear sector. Proven P&L responsibility (revenue, cost and profitability). Experience in brand growth strategy, investment planning and retail performance management. Strong command of Romanian market dynamics; preferably experience managing retail operations in Romania. Romanian and English required; Turkish preferred. Able to combine strategic vision with execution; results-oriented.
