Creative Digital Designer & Animator (Mid–Senior Level)

About the Role We are looking for a highly creative Mid–Senior Designer & Animator with strong motion graphics and digital content experience to join a dynamic in-house creative team. This role is suited to someone who combines strong conceptual design ability with engaging animation and visual storytelling skills across digital, retail, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is innovative, visually sharp, and confident bringing creative concepts to life through motion and design. Key Responsibilities Design visually engaging creative assets for digital, retail, and marketing campaigns Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, presentations, advertising, and promotional content Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts and execution Edit and adapt video and animated assets for multiple platforms Maintain brand consistency across all creative output Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment Contribute fresh creative ideas and trends to campaigns and content development Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field 4–6+ years' experience in graphic design and animation Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and creative campaign work Advanced proficiency in: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Strong understanding of digital design trends and visual storytelling Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas independently Advantageous Experience within retail or consumer brand environments Video editing and content production experience Exposure to 2D/3D animation Social media campaign and digital advertising experience Key Attributes Highly creative and detail-oriented Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Innovative thinker with strong visual instincts Adaptable and solutions-driven mindset Why Join?
