We offer internships in a variety of departments including Capital Markets, Corporate Communications, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, Asset Management and more.   Link is looking for a motivated Credit Risk Summer Intern to join the team in Chicago. This intern will support credit analysis and portfolio monitoring while gaining hands-on exposure to commercial real estate, tenant underwriting and credit risk management. The role is well suited for a student who enjoys working with financial data, identifying trends and translating analysis into clear business recommendations. What You Will Do: Analyze borrower and tenant financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Conduct initial credit reviews and prepare concise written credit summaries Calculate and monitor key financial metrics, credit indicators and covenant compliance. Review public filings, industry data and other relevant sources to support credit assessments. Maintain accurate customer financial records and assist with ongoing portfolio monitoring.
