Crew Leader (Duty Manager) - Moxy Southampton This position is based on a full time contract. Gross Salary: £32385 per year Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role. Main Tasks and responsibilities Helping guests and creating positive experiences Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way Manage all bills and payments correctly Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely Supporting other Crew Members Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things: Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service Know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
