We are looking for a Critical Services Supervisor to join our team in Viborg. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our data center. Working closely with the Facilities Operations Manager, you will help lead and develop our Critical Services Technicians (CSTs) and Control Room Specialists (CRSs), coordinate contractors and ensure that our critical infrastructure operates to the highest standards. Your focus will be on achieving 100% uptime, minimizing operational risk and continuously developing both our people and our way of working.   A key role in a mission-critical environment   As Critical Services Supervisor, you will be an important part of the site operations team and a key operational point of contact for the data center. You will help ensure that critical infrastructure, equipment and systems are operated and maintained effectively, while creating a strong culture of safety, reliability and continuous improvement. You will also play an important role in developing our CST and CRS team, ensuring that they have the skills, knowledge and support required to operate in a mission-critical environment.   Your key responsibilities   You will:   Support the Facilities Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure Lead, develop and schedule the Critical Services Technicians and the Control Room Specialists Support 24/7 operations and respond to emergencies when required Monitor and manage critical power, cooling and environmental conditions Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems Ensure compliance with client SLAs, change control and preventive maintenance requirements Own the quality and effective use of the site's CMMS Coordinate and oversee external contractors and…
