Role: Full-Time, Work From Office Roles & Responsibilities * Manage and update customer data in the CRM system. * Perform data cleaning, validation, and deduplication activities. * Prepare reports and maintain trackers using Google Sheets. * Upload and manage lead databases for calling campaigns. * Configure and launch calling campaigns on Exotel and Knowlarity. * Monitor campaign performance and maintain operational records. * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for data requirements. Required Skills * Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
