Integrated Systems & Encryption is seeking a Systems Engineer who is also an SME in Information Assurance, security, and cryptography for systems that protect classified national security information. Schedule: 9/80. Travel up to 10%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply security and crypto expertise across the SE lifecycle to certify national security systems on time, on budget, with low residual risk
Design, develop, and test high-assurance security solutions for DoD and IC customers
Develop CONOPS, decompose security requirements, verify security features, support security architecture
Support NSA certification, secure networking integration, and embedded platform security for Type-1 crypto systems
Serve as SME and Systems Lead for IA, security, and cryptography
REQUIRED
BS in engineering (MS highly desirable)
Active DoD Secret clearance minimum
10+ years SE supporting IA systems; 5+ years full SE lifecycle
Security verification planning and execution; hands-on I&T for embedded or networked systems
MBSE experience
NSA Type-1 certified or NSA-approved system experience and certification lifecycle familiarity
Type-1, Suite A/B, and commercial crypto algorithms; PKI, TLS, key management; EKMS/KMI
Secure networking protocols, red/black design, embedded Linux for crypto devices
PREFERRED
RMF experience; CISSP; advanced MBSE; active TS/SCI
