SALARY: From £27,000. DoE per annum

What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Account Coordinator
The main goal of this role is to work in partnership with a dedicated Account Manager to support the effective management of a portfolio of multi sited national customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer requirements are managed efficiently, professionally, and cost-effectively, delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the key customers including intelligent decision making
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
Proactively support ensuring customer open work order flows are attended timely
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with designated customers through regular communication and excellent service delivery.
Investigate and resolve customer queries, concerns, and disputes, liaising with internal departments to achieve effective outcomes.
Produce and submit accurate KPI reports and performance data on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Effectively organise and prioritise workloads to meet business objectives, service level agreements, and customer deadlines.
