At Strive Pharmacy, we’re looking for a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician who’s ready to be a game-changer in delivering top-notch patient care, driving seamless communication, and ensuring our team’s success. You won’t just be part of the action—you’ll be at the very heart of our commitment to excellence, setting the gold standard for compliance and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll: Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers. Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records. Provide efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing. Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication. Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care. Required Qualifications: GED or high school diploma. An active Arizona State Technician License Current and valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification is required. A clean criminal record with no felonies. Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space Strong attention to detail, especially around HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
