Our Toyota Customer Experience team is seeking a Customer Service Agent  to join our Customer Service team in our headquarters in Athens, Greece .  What You'll Do:   Ensure customer contacts are handled promptly and efficiently in line with company policies and service standards Monitor open cases and follow up with internal departments/retailers to ensure timely resolution and proactive customer updates Enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to maintaining a strong brand reputation Escalate serious customer cases directly when necessary Log all customer data and case information and properly within the CRM system Identify recurring issues or trends and provide feedback to management for process improvement About you: 1-2 years of experience in customer service Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Excellent command of English and Greek languages Strong organizational and time-management skills Proactive mindset with attention to detail Knowledge of CRM systems and data protection practices will be considered a plus We Offer You At Inchcape, we’re shaping the future of mobility, and you’re invited to shape it with us.
