Research and resolve customer inquiries, pre-sales questions, and post-sales issues accurately and promptly. Serve as the primary connection between customers, suppliers, and internal Arrow teams (field sales, engineering, purchasing, and marketing). Oversee the complete quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key suppliers and clients. Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint performance calls with suppliers and clients to drive key metrics.   Who We’re looking for +2 years of experience in similar roles, Sales Support Advanced English skills (Conversational and written). Experience with Quoting process. Experience with ERP systems. Experience with BOM is a plus. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
