Provides professional customer service while supporting account resolution and collection activities, including discussing outstanding balances, negotiating payment arrangements where applicable, and completing necessary follow-up actions. Ensures customer information is accurately documented and updated while delivering a positive customer experience and meeting company and client expectations. We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team as Customer Service & Collections Agents . In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also supporting collection activities and helping customers resolve outstanding account balances. If you are confident communicating with customers, comfortable discussing payments and account information, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and solution-focused manner. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, and other account-related issues. Discuss outstanding balances with customers and support collection efforts in a professional and respectful manner. Clearly explain payment options, account information, and available solutions to customers. Work with customers to identify appropriate payment arrangements or resolutions where applicable. Handle customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process payments and other account transactions accurately. Maintain thorough and accurate customer records and update account information in the system. Complete required follow-up activities to ensure customer issues and account matters are fully resolved.
