Customer Service Representative- Iraq / Basra Branch

Job Summary Provide high-quality banking services to individual customers by handling inquiries, accurately processing transactions, and providing the necessary support to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality. Key Duties & Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide the required support within the branch. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about banking products and services. Execute customers’ daily banking transactions, such as account opening, data updates, and card issuance. Follow up on customer requests and ensure their completion within the appropriate timeframe. Assist in promoting and selling banking products to individual customers. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, or refer them to the concerned departments. Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare periodic reports on customer service levels and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the banking sector or a in a similar role.
