Overview Papalia Home Services Location: Boxborough, MA (In-Person) Schedule: 11AM - 7:30PM | Monday - Friday with rotating weekends Papalia Home Services has been serving New England families for over 35 years with trusted plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical solutions. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and making every interaction count. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records in our system Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience Dispatching experience a huge plus!
