Production Operator

• Production operators are responsible for safely operating various types of industrial machinery (extruders, reelers, compressors, lubricating equipment, and more) in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work well with others and good attendance is an expectation! • You will have opportunities for training and after 6 and 12 months to bid on eligible open positions within the business. Fork truck, stand up fork truck, low-lift, drum lift, and cure lift certifications required. Employees normally performing in assigned jobs, • Required to maintain or work towards certification and re-certification in all production roles, • Maintains a neat and orderly work area, • Performs other duties as assigned by Area Manager Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. • Ability to push, pull, and reach product regularly throughout the work shift. • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
