Czech Speaking Content Moderator (On-site Lisbon, Relocation Included) Project: Short‑form video platform Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon (relocation included for candidates moving to the area) Work Model: On-site Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation) Start Dates: 02/10, 09/10 or 13/10 Attendance Bonus: Nations Additional Information: Nations Legal  We are recruiting Czech-speaking professionals to join the Content Moderation team, ensuring safety, compliance and quality across user-generated content. Main Responsibilities Review and moderate videos, images, comments and live interactions Apply internal policies and guidelines consistently Identify and escalate sensitive or critical cases Ensure platform safety by removing harmful or non‑compliant content Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Mandatory Requirements Fluency in Czech Good level of English for training and internal tools Availability for rotational shifts (including nights and weekends) Availability to work on-site in Lisbon Valid Residency Card Important Note Relocation support is included for candidates moving to Lisbon.
