Czech speaking Customer Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site, 100% Employment type: Full-time Salary: 1300 EUR per month (x14 salaries) + 50 EUR meal allowance Performance bonus (4-11% after training period) Extra payment and Sunday & public holidays work as well shifts extending after 10 PM!+Relocation package: 300 EUR gross after completion of the training+ 3 weeks hotel accommodation + assistance with the legal paperwork to work in Greece. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all incoming contacts from accomodation rental managers/owners Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc. Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners. REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in Czech/Slovakian & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
