The opportunity The Data & Insights – Tooling & Reporting team plays a critical role in providing leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable business intelligence. This role transforms complex operational data into executive-ready dashboards, reports, and strategic insights that improve portfolio visibility, strengthen governance, and support better business decisions. What you’ll be doing Build Executive Reporting and Dashboards Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, financial metrics, resource utilization, risks, and business outcomes. Develop intuitive visualization and standardized reporting frameworks that improve executive understanding and decision-making. Deliver Strategic Insights Analyze business and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, translating findings into concise, decision-ready insights and recommendations. Support executive reviews, governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning with timely, high-quality reporting and presentations. Automate and Optimize Reporting Partner with Data and Automation teams to build automated reporting pipelines, self service analytics, and scalable reporting solutions that improve speed, accuracy and operational efficiency. Continuously enhance reporting processes, visualization standards, and user experience. Ensure Data Quality and Governance Validate data accuracy completeness, and consistency across dashboards and reports, resolving anomalies in collaboration with data owners. Maintain reporting standards that ensure reliable trusted, and governance-aligned executive reporting. Partner Across Business Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, Resource Management, and Program teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
