Data Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL databases, ETL pipelines, and data workflows that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable datasets and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable business insights. Drive automation and process improvements using scripting and modern data engineering practices to improve efficiency and scalability. Document data architectures, workflows, and best practices while staying current with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence. Strong expertise in SQL, database design, performance optimization, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts. Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling. Knowledge of scripting languages (such as Python or VB Scripting), data integration tools, and cloud-based data solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and passion for continuous learning.
