Key Responsibilities: Build predictive models to optimize lending decisions by using advanced statistical modeling and simulation techniques Use advanced data analytics to understand consumer risk behavior trends, their impact on the portfolio, and resulting business opportunities Support the implementation of models by working closely with the software engineering team and performing post release checks and analysis Assist with development of technical tools and platforms to standardize and streamline model development and monitoring processes Establish key performance metrics and develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Python Design A/B testing for models and underwriting strategies, evaluate impact, and provide recommendations Work with cross-functional teams to explore new ways of finding insights from data and provide recommendations Communicate concise and actionable business strategies to senior management Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of professional experience with data analytics and statistical modeling Experience with relational databases and SQL Programming experience with Python Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Additional Pluses: Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, analytics, quantitative finance, engineering, or other quantitative fields) Experience working with specialty finance or FinTech Marketing analytical experience Benefits & Perks: Flexible Paid Time Off Health Benefits with generous medical, dental and vision insurance plans 401(k) with matching contribution Paid Family Leave Annual Wellness & WFH Subsidies Employee Referral Program Remote first culture with convenient downtown office in the heart of the city IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please carefully review communications to ensure that they are from the official Breezy applicant tracking platform (@ breezy-mail.com ) or an official NinjaHoldings brand email: @ ninjaholdings.com , @ creditninja.com , @ ninjacard.com , or @ edgescore.com.
