PacAero’s core businesses include an array of electronic connectors and housings for the world’s most extreme environments. PacAero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments. PacAero’s products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac-function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface.
The Position:
Job Summary
Deburr Technician I is responsible for performing tasks on a variety of components and materials to ensure they meet required specifications for surface finish and edge breaks. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with team members, operators, and supervisors to identify and address part defect or handling issues. The technician must be able to read basic blueprints, use a wide range of deburring tools, and work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
Primary Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with all employees.
Willingness to adapt work schedule to company needs.
Consistently at work and on time.
Following company handbook policy and companies cell phone policy.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to your lead or supervisor.
Must be able to retain information and show continued progression towards Deburr technician II.
Deburr Technician I responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate effectively.
Basic blueprint reading and identifying surface finish and edge breaks requirement.
Identify part handling defects and escalate appropriately.
Communicate with operators and give feedback.
Capable of using a wide range of deburr tools.
Capable of identifying burrs on a range of different materials.
Log and track completed parts.
Maintain high efficiency.
Adhere to industry best practices, safety protocols, and company standards.
Identifying and escalating any operational issues to lead or supervisor.
