Role Overview The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. You will support patients from initial enquiry through consultation to treatment acceptance, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. This is a patient-facing, performance-driven role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
