Maintain the deliverable log and drive the internal deadlines that keep it green, including security, transition and AI governance deliverables falling due in the first 60 days after award. Schedule, risk and dependency management Maintain the integrated master schedule across all tasks, programs and cross-team dependencies, updated at least weekly and visible to the customer in real time. Operate the risk and issue register so every Severity 1 or 2 risk carries a named owner and mitigation within one business day, and no dependency sits more than five business days without an owner and next action.
