Boyer Design, part of Boyer is a RIBA chartered practice. We are seeking an experienced Design Director to lead and grow our Design service in the Wales and West. In this highly strategic role, you will drive business development, be responsible for revenue generation, recruitment and growing the team as well as shape the creative direction of projects. The role will provide the opportunity to work with the Head of Design, Head of Wales and West and other senior Directors in shaping regional and national business growth and direction. Job Summary and key responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Design, you will contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic masterplanning, concept design, layouts, design documents and detailed planning applications.
