Design Engineer

About our client: Our client is a renowned construction company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Design Engineer to join their growing team. Job Description: Prepare shop /BD drawings and other documents including drawing approval, calculation approval, approval letters, etc. Coordinate with the architect, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical problems Attend the contractor meeting and design workshop Develop cost-effective design and monitor, manage the drawing submission schedule Attend regular inter-department meetings and follow-up matters arises Perform other duties or ad hoc task as assigned Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Construction related discipline Minimum 1-3 year of experience in project management Proficient in AutoCAD and PC operations such as MS Word, Excel Experience in steel structure, knowledge in BIM will be an advantage Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Project Engineer Candidates with structural design experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer Competitive remuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to the right candidates.
