Duties, Responsibilities & Other The Design Process Coordinator will provide data entry and general administrative support across work management systems, customer information systems, resource management systems, and design tools as part of the engineering and construction planning process. The Design Process Coordinator is expected to have strong knowledge of computer systems and have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in KCI and client tools. This position is accountable for providing accurate and timely work results which support safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing quality customer service. This position primarily involves working in an office environment. This position does not progress into the Designer or Task Coordinator hierarchies. Your key responsibilities include: Perform Design Tool and work management system entry and provide general support to Designers and management of system queues.
