What You’ll Do As a Design Professional III, you’ll serve as a trusted degreed, non-licensed architecture professional, responsible for performing a variety of assignments requiring advanced skills across all conventional areas of practice with minimal supervision. You’ll: Utilize an expert understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software, including Revit, along with established techniques, standards, and tools to support the preparation of technical drawings. Transform and develop initial rough preliminary designs into working documents utilizing Revit and or CAD software. Review drawings and documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. Coordinate and consult with clients and team members to complete projects on time. Maintains deadlines, goals, and production standards set by the department. Lead the development of client presentations and visual materials. Apply standard methods to routine tasks with an advanced understanding of professional judgment and ethical responsibilities. Conduct code and product research, prepare as-built drawings, and support permit applications and project documentation. Prepare meeting agendas, document notes, and respond to contractor RFIs. Review shop drawings for compliance and conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. Coordinate and delegate work of team members.
