Despatch Operative - Backshift

We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative on our Backshift at our Fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs Salary: £13.70 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium) Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality and safety standards. Prepare items for dispatch, including labelling and documenting all necessary information. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure that they are stored in the correct locations. Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized despatch area. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and dispatch targets. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, following company policies and procedures. Requirements Counterbalance (FLT) licence is required Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch environment is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfilment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and tasks as required.
