In this program, you’ll have an opportunity to gain experience while working and collaborating on numerous market-specific and company-wide projects, such as: Advertising and promotional campaigns Brand management Corporate sponsorships and contributions Digital marketing campaigns Internal and external company communications Social media campaigns You’ll also be exposed to graphic design, project management, volunteer resources, public relations and more! Qualifications Trustmark focuses on program participants who have a demonstrated strong work ethic and leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement. In addition, interested students should: Have earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Be scheduled to graduate on or before June 1, 2027 Be detail oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrated problem solving abilities Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be able to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability to change, innovation, Be tech savvy and results oriented Have enthusiasm and genuine interest in developing a career with Trustmark and the financial industry Full- Time position located in Jackson, MS.
