This role involves performing hands-on automation tasks, in areas including software development, operations, and services, and improving communication, collaboration and integration between wider team. Role Responsibilities: The DevOps Engineer is responsible for (but not limited to): Delivering on an “automation first” culture to enhance customer experience. Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Support the management of hybrid infrastructure and services. Maintain and develop inhouse DevOps management services, sites and reporting. Help maintain documentation for processes, systems, and configurations. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices in DevOps.
