One HR Hub is recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of our client in Phnom Penh.
We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can combine video content creation, social media management, paid advertising, and digital strategy to strengthen brand visibility and generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute video content and social media strategies Plan, record, and edit high-quality video content using smartphones and CapCut Create promotional videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Develop personal branding video content Manage and grow Facebook pages and online communities Plan and optimize Facebook boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes Analyze reach, engagement, views, conversions, and campaign ROI Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategy Guide and supervise junior content or social media staff where required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5–8 years of Marketing or Digital Marketing experience Experience managing Facebook pages and social media campaigns Knowledge of video creation and editing Strong creative, storytelling, and visual presentation skills Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with Facebook boosting and paid advertising is preferred
Monthly Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,500 , depending on experience and qualifications.
