You will be responsible for hands-on implementation, collaboration, and technical execution to achieve our strategic goals, ensuring that digital solutions are deployed, adopted, and actively used at the Windsor Site. You will drive the use of standard KPIs and dashboards to support performance comparisons and informed decision-making, deliver measurable improvements in Fixed Manufacturing Costs and asset utilization, and enable operators and teams to independently leverage digital tools to enhance operational performance. Execute digital transformation initiatives in process optimization using data-driven solutions to reduce waste, waiting times, transportation losses, and inefficiencies. Modernize virtual assessment and benchmarking practices to compare site performance, evaluate innovation initiatives, and identify rollout potential. Support the definition, development, and rollout of standardized global KPIs and dashboards. Develop and deploy digital decision-support tools for shop-floor operations and cross-functional processes. Drive the shift from traditional continuous improvement methods to a digital-first approach. Design and deliver training and enablement programs focused on practical digital tool usage.
