Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Partner with clients, executive stakeholders, and internal teams to define and execute business and technology transformation strategies across the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance value chain. • Lead modernization programs, developing transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases that align technology investments with measurable business outcomes. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by assessing current-state operations, technology landscapes, and target-state architectures to accelerate digital transformation. • Champion the adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions, driving innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. • Provide deep expertise in P&C insurance business processes, core insurance platforms, and emerging technologies, guiding transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business consultants, architects, technology leaders, and delivery teams to successfully execute complex transformation programs. • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for modernization through core system transformation, cloud adoption, low-code/no-code platforms, data modernization, and process automation. • Develop executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and value realization frameworks that support investment decisions and transformation governance. • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Typically 15+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, technology modernization, or digital transformation, with significant experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. • Demonstrated expertise in developing transformation strategies, business cases, operating models, and implementation roadmaps. • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations, products, distribution channels, claims, underwriting, policy administration, and core insurance systems. • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements from strategy through execution. • Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business and technology decisions. • Strong understanding of AI, automation, cloud technologies, digital platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions. • Continuous learner with a passion for emerging technologies and industry innovation.
