Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Organizational Growth: Provide strategic direction and leadership to teams across multiple technical disciplines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Project and Program Oversight: Oversee successful project and program execution, including strategic resourcing, staffing, and adherence to deadlines and budgets. Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions. Provide high-level technical input and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) when required. Workforce Development and Planning: Lead recruiting efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring optimal workforce alignment. Develop and implement educational and training strategies to adapt to evolving technologies, markets, and external challenges. Actively promote the development of new competencies and provide effective mentoring and coaching to subordinates.
