Director - Fleet

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Fleet Operations department. Scale the self-procurement model across multiple regions. Develop and execute business operation scale-up strategies. Drive P&L performance and manage cost-center efficiency. Lead projects focused on Throughput, Cost, Quality, Safety, and Delivery, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency. Build, lead, and mentor a team of 50+ professionals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Drive operational excellence and support Zypp's vision of sustainable and scalable EV-powered logistics. Candidate Profile: 1. Expert in fleet maintenance and uptime 2. Strong knowledge and understanding of EV 2W 3. Ability to manage large teams 4. BTech preferred from Tier 1 college/MBA Preferred 5. Immediate Joiners preferred
