PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $199,300.00-$243,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. You'll bring together financial and operational insights, translating complex business drivers into clear forecasts, strategic plans, and actionable recommendations that guide the organization forward.   In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Enterprise Strategy, Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Treasury, Risk, and other key teams to align resources, priorities, and opportunities with BECU's strategic objectives. Your expertise will help identify emerging trends, anticipate risks, uncover opportunities, and create a forward-looking view of organizational performance.   You'll also build and lead a high-performing forecasting and planning team, establishing scalable planning practices, governance frameworks, and executive reporting capabilities that connect business decisions to meaningful outcomes.
